ChatGPT Has No Chance Against Notion AI Agent Workspaces
With Notion, you don't need to keep reminding AI who your business is. It already knows.
Most AI creators will tell you to use ChatGPT prompts and switch between a dozen different tools. But I’m going to show you something even better.
The Problem With Traditional AI Workflows
You start by copying your notes into ChatGPT. Then you write a long explanation of your business. Then you describe your audience. You give it your brand voice. Then you do it all over again tomorrow because AI has no memory of who you are or what you’re building.
That’s exhausting and a waste of your time.
And it’s why most creators never see real operational value from AI—they’re too busy feeding it the same information over and over again. Always prompting it to do the same thing it did just a few days ago. And then this doesn’t even include the time you waste just searching for those prompts.
The Solution: A Dedicated Brand Workspace
So here’s what I do instead, and this is going to sound simple, but it works: I build dedicated Notion workspaces for each brand I work with and where AI already knows my entire business.
And I mean really knows my brand inside and out. Not like the surface level stuff you feed ChatGPT every single time you open a new chat.
Think of it like this—instead of treating AI like a tool you have to constantly brief every single day, you’re building it a home inside of your workspace. A place where it can access everything about your brand, your audience, your content, your voice. Everything.
And as you continue to build this workspace, everything becomes easier. It produces far better results.
Here’s how the process works and how to build it.
Step 1: Create a Single-Topic Workspace
So the first thing you need to do is create a new workspace inside Notion. And this workspace needs to be focused on one brand or one topic only.
If you’re in crypto, make it all about crypto. If you’re teaching AI, make it all about AI. If you’re doing something hybrid like “AI for crypto trading,” then make the workspace about that specific intersection and nothing else.
Here’s one simple rule: Don’t mix anything into this workspace!
Not your personal stuff.
Not your personal finances.
Not your vacation photos.
Not anything that has nothing to do with your brand.
This workspace is a dedicated knowledge base for your brand, and nothing else goes in here.
And I mean that. Nothing else.
Because the moment you start throwing random stuff in there, AI gets confused about what your brand actually is and what you’re trying to do. it’s going to throw off the results it produces, and you’re gonna waste time trying to fix these things.
Step 2: Build Your Foundation with an “About Me” Page
This is honestly the most important piece of the entire system.
